Genuine Solutions Pte Ltd (GSP), founded in Singapore on June 9, 2014, develops high-quality semiconductor equipment. Our flagship product, the Gravita36 Jig Sawing machine, launched in 2017, incorporates Disco's world-class DFD dicing engine, achieving the highest units per hour (UPH) with functions now imitated by competitors.
Recognized by leading semiconductor MNCs, Gravita36 machines operate in 25 ODM and OSAT sites across eight countries.
Our team's dedication led to the Astra270 Laser machine launch in 2023, the world's first fully auto package singulation system, co-developed with the Singapore Institute of Manufacturing Technology (SIMTech). The Astra120 laser pre-cut system achieves clean cuts on copper-based leadframe packaging at high speeds when combined with the Gravita36.
We offer complementary solutions and have Sales & Service offices in Singapore, China, Taiwan, Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines, supported by a global agent network.
