Astra Laser Singulation solutions
Astra Series is a line of equipment comprising of AstraLab (Semi Auto), Astra120 (Pre-cut/Deflash) and Astra270 (Pre-cut/Deflash/Full Cut), designed and developed by GSP to meet various Laser Cutting requirements for current and future IC Packaging.
The laser technology was co-developed together with SIMTech, a Research Institute of A*Star Singapore.
The handlers are manufactured in Singapore and Korea by our ISO Certified Manufacturing teams ensuring most stringent quality control and optimum performance.
