Metal Wafer frames are still the most popular choice for wafer mounting and widely used in conventional dicing. Our range of Metal frames can handle wafers up to 12”, and customizable to suit user’s requirements

• Hardness grade 50-55 HRC

• Total thickness variations: +/- 0.1mm

• Thickness 1.2mm for 6” 8”. 1.5mm for 12”

• Conductive and Impact resistance

• Chemical resistance (optional)

• Ability to handle 6”, 8” and 12” wafers (square frame available)
